Chainsaw Attack: Woman Allegedly Assaults Husband

Reports have emerged of a woman being arrested for allegedly using a chainsaw to sever her husband’s testicles and then cooking them on the stove.

Teresa Peric, 46, is accused of drugging her 42-year-old husband, Srdjan Peric, before fatally stabbing him, dismembering him, and boiling his body parts in a large pot.

The shocking incident occurred at the couple’s home in Zrenjanin, Serbia, at approximately 9pm on Tuesday, May 10.

According to reports, Teresa’s teenage daughter, identified as D. Lj., witnessed the brutal killing. She disclosed that her drugged stepfather had awakened during the stabbing but was unable to escape as her mother continued the assault.

After hearing the sound of a chainsaw inside the house, the daughter fled to seek help from her brother. The children were granted entry back into the house only after threatening to contact the authorities.

Upon re-entering the home, the children discovered the mutilated body of Srdjan sprawled on the floor.

Police, upon arrival, found the residence splattered with blood and subsequently arrested Teresa on suspicion of murder.

The daughter stated that her mother had expressed intentions to kill her husband, despite her pleas to the contrary. Neighbors confirmed that the couple frequently quarreled, often stemming from jealousy and Srdjan’s alleged indolence.

In a previous incident, Teresa reportedly set fire to the bed where her husband was sleeping.

The couple had been together for two years, during which Srdjan had spent a month in custody following a report made by Teresa. Srdjan was allegedly prohibited from approaching his wife at the time of the incident, but both had chosen to disregard the legal restriction.

Locals mentioned that the couple frequently separated and reconciled. Teresa is reported to have four children from four different marriages, none of whom belong to Srdjan. Both individuals reportedly had unspecified mental health issues and were taking medication. A neighbor also alleged that Teresa had been using drugs.
