Despite his impressive performance this season, Al-Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo is ranked third on the list of top performers in the Saudi Pro League (SPL).
According to a compilation by Sofascore (via SportBible), Ronaldo is placed behind Al Fateh midfielder Mourad Batna, who holds the top spot with an average match rating of 8.11 due to his seven goals and seven assists this season.
Following closely is Al Ittihad’s Igor Coronado in second position, with an average rating of 8.09 for his nine goal contributions this term.
Even though Ronaldo has scored 16 goals in 17 appearances for Al-Nassr this season, he holds the third position with an average rating of 8.07.
Ronaldo’s total surpasses Batna and Coronado’s combined, and the former Manchester United forward also has seven assists to his name.
Behind Ronaldo are Al Ittihad striker Karim Benzema (fourth), who has an average rating of 8.03 for his nine goals in the league, and Al Hilal’s Salem Al-Dawsari, completing the top five with a rating of 8.02.
Other notable footballers in the rankings include Riyad Mahrez (ninth, 7.71 rating), N’Golo Kante (16th, 7.54 rating), Aleksandar Mitrovic (20th, 7.46 rating), Jordan Henderson, and Sadio Mane (both 24th, 7.41 rating).
